Hello and a warm welcome to Year 4’s page.
We hope your children will have a fantastic year with us in year 4. We will be exploring lots of fantastic and engaging topics such as Ancient Egyptians, Rochdale Pioneers and Knights, Castles and Dragons.

Reading books to be brought in every day and can be changed every day.

Grammar homework sent out to be returned on Thursday

P.E. day – come to school in PE Kit. Maths homework to be given out and returned on Monday.

We had lots of fun building our scribbler robots and adapting them to change and improve them.

As part of our Electricity work in Science, we investigated how we could make the bulb light up. We created circuits to light the bulb, sound a buzzer and move a motor.
Heritage Day at the Church
