We enjoyed making a model version of our digestive systems. We know that when food enters the mouth, our teeth break down the food using the incisors, canines and molars. When used scissors to represent this and cut up bread and banana. Then we used a ziplock bag to represent the stomach and orange juice for the stomach acid. The food then passed to the small intestine (tights) before going to the large intestine and then finally being passed out.
