World Book Day Parade
Key Stage 1 and 2 met in the hall this morning to parade in our costumes. We all came dressed as adjectives. There were some fantastic costumes and some brilliant vocabulary shared. Thank you everyone for all your effort.
Amazing Explorers!
This week we have been learning all about the adventures of Christopher Columbus . Using our knowledge of warm and cold colours , in our art lesson we have painted his ship in warm colours and the sea in cold colours. Super Art work Year 1 !
Tricky words in Year 1 !
In our daily phonics we are getting so good at spotting our tricky words that we can’t sound out – we just need to know them ! We are no longer letting them trick us – well done everyone with super reading !
